These terms are between you and Avdience Ltd, which runs Repy. By texting Repy or unlocking a result you agree to them.
What Repy is
Repy summarises private feedback people have left about others they have dated. Reviews are opinions about personal experiences, not facts we have checked, and not a guarantee about anyone. “Submitted from a verified phone number” means the review came from a number that wrote to Repy; it does not mean we verified that a date took place.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. Repy is for dating. Do not use it to make decisions about employment, housing, credit or insurance.
Using it fairly
- Do not use Repy to harass, follow, intimidate or embarrass anyone.
- Only check a number you have a genuine reason to check.
- Reviews must be honest accounts of your own experience. We can withhold or remove any review, and restrict any number from using Repy.
Unlocking a result
Unlocking costs £1.99, paid once per result. There is no subscription. The result is sent to your messages after the payment is confirmed. Because it is digital content supplied straight away, you agree it is delivered when you pay and that the right to cancel ends then. If we cannot deliver the result you paid for, we refund you.
Our responsibility
We work to keep reviews honest and the service safe, but we are not responsible for what reviewers say or for decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You keep the consumer rights the law gives you.
